Golf Tee Time Cancellations Policy:

Tee time cancellations will be accepted until the time of play. In the event that you need to cancel a golf booking, we ask that you please make the Reservations and/or Golf Operations team aware of this intention as soon as possible. We anticipate an exceptionally busy season ahead and if we are able to free-up tee times that wouldn’t otherwise be utilized, this will assist all golfers in being able to secure bookings more easily.

Caddie Cancellation Policy:

A caddie cancelled for any reason after 5:00pm on the day prior to the scheduled tee time, will incur a cancellation fee of $105.00 NZD per caddie. To avoid a cancellation fee, caddies must be cancelled before 5:00pm the day prior to your golf booking.

Reservations Cancellation Policy

Reservation Policy

  • All rates are listed in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of 15% GST
  • Room rates are listed as a guide and are the base price to be expected within a dynamic pricing model
  • A 2-night minimum stay is required between 23 December – 5 January
  • A 2-night minimum stay is required in a Villa regardless of the season
  • We accept Debit, VISA, Mastercard and Amex. We do not accept Diners, Union Pay or cash of any denomination, including New Zealand Dollars

Cancellation Policy

1-4 Rooms:

  • A transaction fee of $250.00 inclusive of GST will apply if the reservation is cancelled within 30 – 15 days
  • From 14 days prior to arrival, a full charge for total room nights cancelled will apply

5-9 Rooms:

  • From 30 days prior to arrival, a full charge for total room nights cancelled will apply

Group Reservation Policy

  • A group reservation is classed as 10 rooms or more
    Group reservations can be paid by bank transfer, deposit, or credit card
    All group credit card payments will incur a 2.5% credit card surcharge

Group Accommodation Deposit Schedule & Cancellation Policy

  • A group reservation is classed as 10 rooms or more
  • Group Bookings can be paid by bank transfer or credit card
  • All credit card payments will incur a variable surcharge, depending on the type of credit card:
    • 1% Surcharge on Mastercard and Visa
    • 2% Surcharge on American Express

Group Accommodation Installment Schedule & Cancellation Policy

For all group accommodation reservations, the following policy applies:

  • A non-refundable installment of 15% on accommodation is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation
  • A further non-refundable installment of 35% on accommodation is required 6 months prior to the date of reservation
  • A further non-refundable installment of 25% on accommodation is required 3 months prior to the date of reservation
  • The balance of the accommodation is required 30 days prior to the date of reservation
  • The accommodation can be reduced up to 30 days prior to the reservation, by no less than the total of installments received
  • All rooms cancelled will forfeit the installments paid at the time of cancellation
  • reservation is cancelled within 30 – 15 days
  • From 14 days prior to arrival, a full charge for total room nights cancelled will apply
