Te Arai Links is a golf resort in the North Island of New Zealand. The resort is named after the Te Arai coast where it is located, north of Pakiri and south of Mangawhai. The property borders one of New Zealand’s prime surf beaches, and includes 11 kilometres of ocean frontage and 225 acres of sand dunes.

Driving from Auckland

Te Arai Links is approximately 100 kilometres north of Auckland. The 90-minute drive from the CBD follows the main route north out of the city on State Highway 1. Out of the city, the road takes you through the small town of Warkworth and an area known as Dome Valley. Approximately 75km from Auckland, turn right onto Wayby Valley Road (signs for Tomarata, Whangaripo Valley and Mangawhai). Take this road through the small settlement of Te Arai, and onto the coast and Te Arai Links.

Driving from Whangārei

Te Arai Links is a one-hour drive from Whangārei. The most direct route follows State Highway 1 south through farmland through a number of small settlements. 56km from Whangārei, in Brynderwyn take a left turn onto Baldrock Road toward Mangawhai. As you enter Mangawhai, turn right toward Te Arai Beach and Te Arai Links.
