We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join our Front of House team as a Porter. The role is diverse, covering a range of guest services, cleaning, maintenance, and general errands. No two days are the same and you could be involved in anything from setting up events, helping guests with their luggage, delivering room service through to transferring guests. Our Porter team ensure that all guests and members receive the highest possible level of customer experience, no matter the request.
While initially shifts will be Thursday through Sunday, from October onwards shifts will be rostered over seven days, with a mix of mornings and evenings.
Qualities:
- A welcoming demeanour and service-oriented attitude
- Self-motivation, initiative, and enthusiasm
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good level of physical fitness – this role involves lifting, carrying and operating equipment
- High level communication and fluent English. Mandarin or other languages desirable
Requirements:
- Experience in a high-end customer service role
- A high level of personal presentation
- Clean current Full driver’s license
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
