Architectural Design

“The buildings at Te Arai Links represent the design thinking of our practice – a desire to simplify and to belong in its place. The buildings are intended to merge into the landscape. The colour palette is one of weathered driftwood, sand and native vegetation, the forms are deliberately simple and humble.

The intention is that when you arrive at Te Arai Links, the architecture will not be shiny and new, but will feel that it belongs in this absolutely stunning environment, providing the backdrop to one of the most beautiful and natural golfing environments that New Zealand, and indeed the world, has to offer.”

Interior Design

The Jenni Kayne interior design aesthetic embodies an earthy and effortless approach – one that is intentional and where beauty, functionality and authenticity co-exist in every detail.
