Waiver and Release of Liability for Spa Services

I am fully knowledgeable of the services or treatments that will be provided, as well as my own physical limitations, and I agree to assume the risk of accepting the services or treatments. I acknowledge that if I have any medical conditions, allergies, medications (oral or topical) that may be affected by the treatment or services requested, I have the opportunity to discuss such conditions with the service provider. I acknowledge that it is my sole decision to receive the services or treatments. If the therapy causes me any personal injuries, pain or discomfort, I will immediately advise the provider of this condition and cease further services. I understand that the Te Arai Links Golf Club Limited (“Resort”) will make no evaluation nor recommendation – and I will not construe any statement or action as an evaluation or recommendation – with respect to whether I am sufficiently physically fit for the services or treatment requested.

I am aware that it is always advisable to consult a physician before undertaking any such services.

I hereby release the Resort, its management company and their respective parents and subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, employees, contractors, and the owner of the Resort and each of them (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, demands, rights or causes of action, present or future, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, arising out of or in any manner resulting from therapeutic services provided by a therapist at the Resort, including, without limitation, any claims, damages, demands, rights or causes of action resulting from or arising out of the negligence of the Indemnified Parties, the provider or any employee or contractor of the Indemnified Parties. Further, I hereby agree to waive any and all of such claims, damages, demands, rights or causes of action. Such Release and Waiver is to be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns. Further, I hereby agree to release and discharge the Indemnified Parties from any and all liability for any loss or theft of, or damage to, personal property.

Golf Extras

We offer a range of golf extras, from our caddie programme to Callaway rental clubs, all to elevate your golf experience at Te Arai Links. Caddies are an integral part of the golfing experience, and we strongly urge you to support this valued part of the game.

Caddie services must be requested in advance via reservations@tearai.com. Based on availability, you will receive confirmation prior to your arrival.

Green Fee Play may only be booked within 28 days of the preferred date of play. Green Fee Play is not available during the period of green aerification (listed below).

South Course closed for aerification:

North Course closed for aerification:
27 April – 1 May 2026 | 31 August – 4 September 2026 | 10 – 14 May 2027 | 13 – 17 September 2027

Please note: We anticipate recovery from aerification taking approximately ten days after the process is completed. Likewise, to prepare both courses for the summer months, our golf maintenance team may complete fairway aerification, drill-seeding, top-dressing, and other minimally invasive procedures during the months of July, August, and September. These procedures should not significantly impact course conditions, but we want to ensure you are aware that this work may be taking place.

Te Arai Links is a walking-only facility, meaning there are no golf carts available for hire. Spikes of any kind (including softspikes) are strictly prohibited. Only spikeless footwear is allowed on both courses.

*The AU/NZ rate is valid for Australian and New Zealand residents.
*Proof of Australian and/or New Zealand residency will be required on check-in at the Golf Shop.
